La Pasta Italian Eatery

Our extensive Italian menu hopes to present you with a fine selection of Italian favorites plus an addition of Americanized pastas.  Each recipe has been tested and enjoyed by our entire family.  We want your dining experience to be unique and wonderful.

Spaghetti    s Spaghetti with Meatballs

Spaghetti with Italian Sausage

Available with Tomato Sauce,  Marinara or Sicilian Sauce

Shrimp Marinara:    Sauteed shrimp with green pepper, onion & tomato blended in our tomato sauce and served on linguini noodles.

Chicken Parmigiana:    Breaded breast of chicken lightly deep fried covered with tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese baked and served with a side of spaghetti.

Lasagne:    A large portion of homemade lasagne.  Layers of meat, cheeses and tomato sauce then baked until golden, a family favorite.

Manicotti:    Seasoned ground beef blended with an array of Italian spices & cheeses stuffed into pasta tubes and baked with tomato sauce until done.

Zucchini Italiano:    Fresh sliced zucchini, green pepper & onion sauteed and blended with tomato sauce and served over linguini noodles.

Chicken Cacciatore:    The chefs favorite!  Done La Pasta style with chicken breast cut into bite size pieces and cooked with green pepper, onion & tomato with a helping of tomato sauce and served on linguini noodles.

Cream Sauce Entrees

Fettuccine Alfredo:    An old favorite, the mouth-watering taste of cream, garlic & parmesan cheese blended in garlic butter and served on fettuccine noodles.  Chicken Fettuccine also available.

Fettuccine Primavera:    We start with La Pasta's alfredo sauce and add cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli and carrots cooked "a la dente" served on fettuccine.  Available with Chicken, Italian Sausage, Shrimp, Scallops or a Seafood Combination.

Chicken & Pesto:    A unique blend of chicken and broccoli with the addition of cream sauce and pesto.  A great flavor and fun to share.  Served on fettuccine.

Chicken Tetrazzini:    Grilled chicken with mushrooms and tomatoes blended in alfredo sauce , served on linguini noodles.

Cannelloni:    An all time favorite, minced chicken and Italian cheeses stuffed in pasta tubes then baked in alfredo sauce served with a splash of tomato sauce.

Mushroom Ravioli:    The richest dish in the house, a mushroom filled ravioli topped with sauteed onions & assorted mushrooms that are blended in cream sauce.

Gorgonzola con Pollo:    Sauteed chicken, onions, sun-dried tomatoes with an exotic gorgonzola sauce. Served on penne noodles.

Pollo e Porri con Salsicca:    An unusual combination of chicken & sausage grilled in garlic butter  then mixed with alfredo sauce. On penne noodles this is a fabulous meal.

Olive Oil Entrees

Portobellos & Penne:    Enjoy the rich flavor of portobella mushrooms & sauteed onions in an olive oil base, seasoned with garlic and spices served on penne noodles.

Chicken Genovese:    Sauteed chicken in olive oil with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts & pine nuts all served on linguini noodles.

Cappesante con Pesto:    Large scallops sauteed in olive oil with green onions & sun-dried tomatoes seasoned with pesto and other Italian seasonings.  On linguini noodles this is an exotic but unusual dinner.

Pollo con Cipolle:    A simple but satisfying entree, sauteed chicken and caramelized onions with special seasonings served with linguini noodles.

Sicilian Shrimp:    Spicy hot, cooked in olive oil are red, yellow & green peppers plus onions and shrimp. On linguini this is a delicious dinner.  Also available without red pepper flakes.

Grilled Vegetables & Pasta:    A light meal, yet satisfying.  Broccoli, cauliflower, onions & zucchini sauteed lightly in olive oil with added spices on linguini noodles. Available with Chicken.

Shrimp Scampi:    Large shrimp sauteed in garlic butter & parmesan cheese with green onion.  Served with a side of garlic buttered noodles & a small dish of tomato sauce.  Simple yet traditional.

 

Combination & Specialty Entrees

Pollo e Funghi con Panna:    A delicious combination of chicken cooked with mushrooms, onions & sun-dried tomatoes in our very special tomato/cream sauce. This is an extremely tasty dish.

Cheese Ravioli:    Large tender raviolis filled with cheese an covered with a choice of sauces.  We recommend the alfredo but you may also get it with Tomato, Marinara or Sicilian.

Italian Jambalaya:    A wonderful combination of shrimp, scallops, crab claws & langoustines sauteed with green pepper, celery, onions, mushrooms and special spices served on penne noodles.  Slightly spicy but fabulous.

Coconut Curried Chicken:    A great new entree, slightly sweet a little spicy but wonderful.  Sauteed chicken in special spices with peppers, tomatoes, onions  & bits of fruits. A special coconut curried sauce all on penne noodles.

Cilantro Shrimp:    Another La Pasta original brings you sauteed shrimp in olive oil with onions & tomatoes tossed with cilantro served on linguini noodles.

Linguini with Clam:    An all time favorite, clams & green onions sauteed in a special garlic butter sauce light and very tasty. Available with Tomato Sauce or Alfredo

Linguini with Italian Sausage:    Italian sausage , green peppers and onions grilled in garlic butter sauce.  Available with Tomato Sauce or Alfredo

American Favorites

Steak Tuscany:    A nice sized ribeye steak grilled with a topping of mushrooms & green onions.  Served with a choice of French Fries or Pasta.

Barbequed Ribs:    An American favorite with an Italian twist.  Served with a helping of sauteed green peppers & onions in garlic butter poured over the top with the BBQ sauce, very delicious. Choice of Pasta or French Fries on the side. Half portion of ribs available.

Hamburger & Fries:   1/3# hamburger with a side of lettuce, tomato and pickles served with seasoned fries
